Hi, I’m Prudence -
Founder and Clinical Nutritionist at Matar Health.
I’m a qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) with over eight years of experience supporting individuals and families across Australia.
My work centres on women’s and teen health, while also caring for men and families seeking thoughtful, evidence-based nutrition support.
I have special interest in hormone and metabolic health, gut issues, stress-related symptoms and fertility support. I hold additional training in preconception care, fitness, and Islamic Medicine, allowing me to provide care that is clinically grounded, culturally sensitive, and deeply personalised.
At Matar Health, I take time to understand your whole health story, including your emotional load, cultural context, environmental influences and daily realities. This is care that respects your values and gives you realistic, science-backed tools for sustainable progress.
